Blue Feather Coffee LLC believes in supporting women owned businesses and coffee producers. Cindy is a true testament of resilience and determination. As a Latina and immigrant, she has had her fair share of challenges. Cindy has prevailed and demonstrated what can be accomplished by a woman business owner and the power of diversity.

Cindy's journey began in Managua, Nicaragua, before moving to the US at age 14. Starting work at 16, she advanced from cleaning tables to managing a restaurant by eighteen. Her dedication to the restaurant industry eventually led her to become a skilled baker and pastry chef in San Antonio, TX.

In 2019, Cindy pursued her dream of starting her own business, launching Kulture Kafe, a mobile food trailer. Despite facing challenges, including the impact of COVID-19, Cindy's resilience and faith drove her to persevere. Kulture Kafe is now a thriving establishment in San Antonio, celebrated for its unique coffees from around the world and its commitment to community and quality service. Cindy's story is a testament to perseverance, gratitude, and the power of a humble heart.
